Ujagger Dhillon, M.D., FACG
Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine
Experience
Dr Dhillon has been in private practice in Fresno since 1981 where he founded California Digestive Disease Center, a premier facility offering quality care in Gastroenterology. He has extensive experience in treating gastrointestinal disorders and performing routine and highly skilled gastrointestinal procedures.

Dr Dhillon came here from New York after completing a fellowship in Gastroenterology from Columbia University School of Medicine, after finishing a fellowship in Gastroenterology from Columbia University New York. Dr. Dhillon joined the New York Medical College faculty as Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine and acting Director of the Gastroenterology Fellowship Program at Metropolitan Hospital, New York.

Dr Dhillon has served as President of various local and national medical organizations. Currently, he serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine (volunteer) at UCSF and is involved in teaching Gastroenterology fellows at UCSF-Fresno.
Jayakrishna Chintanaboina, MD, MPH

Fellowship Trained in Advanced Endoscopy
Dr. Chintanaboina moved to Fresno in 2019 after completing his gastroenterology fellowship at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, and an additional year of specialized training in advanced endoscopy at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.
He served as Director of Endoscopy and Associate Program Director at UCSF Fresno gastroenterology fellowship training program before joining private practice in 2023. He continues to serve as an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine (volunteer) at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
Experience
Dr. Chintanaboina has a special interest in screening colonoscopy, large polyp removal, swallowing disorders, acid reflux, pancreaticobiliary disorders, GI malignancy, endobariatrics, and quality metrics in endoscopy.
With additional training in advanced endoscopy, he performs various interventional endoscopy procedures. He presented his research work at several national and international conferences and has been published in several major medical journals in the field of gastroenterology. He also a peer reviewer of several major gastroenterology and internal medicine journals.

Dr. Chintanaboina always strives to balance his personal and professional life. When he is not at work, he enjoys traveling with his family and playing sports with his 2 kids.
